KATARI（以下「本サービス」）は、AIを活用したInstagramコンテンツ生成ツールです。本ポリシーでは、ユーザーの個人情報をどのように取り扱うかをご説明します。
収集する情報
本サービスでは、以下の情報を収集します。
- メールアドレスとパスワード — アカウント作成・ログインに使用します。
- 写真・動画 — アップロードされた画像・動画は、AIがコンテンツを生成するために一時的に処理されます。ユーザーの許可なく第三者と共有されることはありません。
- テキスト入力 — 制作物の説明、ストーリー、ウェブサイトURL、Instagramの目標など、フォームに入力された情報。
- 生成されたコンテンツ — 作成されたキャプション・カルーセルのデータは、アーカイブ機能のためにユーザーのアカウントに保存されます。
- 利用状況データ — サービス改善のため、機能の使用状況を匿名で記録します。

第三者サービスの利用
本サービスは、以下の信頼できる第三者サービスを利用しています。
- Supabase（米国）— アカウント認証・データ保存
- Anthropic（米国）— AI処理。アップロードされた写真・テキストはコンテンツ生成のために送信されます。
- Stripe（米国）— 決済処理。カード情報はStripeが管理し、本サービスには保存されません。
- Vercel（米国）— アプリのホスティング
各社のプライバシーポリシーについては、各社のウェブサイトをご参照ください。
データの保存期間
アカウントを削除するまで、ユーザーのデータは保存されます。アーカイブに保存されたコンテンツは、削除リクエストにより消去されます。
ユーザーの権利
ユーザーには以下の権利があります。
- 保有する個人情報へのアクセス
- 情報の訂正・削除
- データの持ち出し（エクスポート）
- アカウントの削除

KATARI is an AI-powered Instagram content tool. This policy explains how we handle your personal information.
What we collect
- Email and password — used to create and authenticate your account.
- Photos and videos — uploaded files are temporarily processed by AI to generate content. They are not shared with third parties without your permission.
- Text inputs — craft descriptions, stories, website URLs, and Instagram goals entered in the form.
- Generated content — captions and carousel data are saved to your account for the archive feature.
- Usage data — anonymized feature usage is logged to help us improve the service.

Third-party services
We use the following trusted third-party services:
- Supabase (USA) — account authentication and data storage
- Anthropic (USA) — AI processing. Uploaded photos and text are sent to generate content.
- Stripe (USA) — payment processing. Card information is managed by Stripe and never stored by us.
- Vercel (USA) — app hosting

Data retention
Your data is retained until you delete your account. Content saved to your archive is removed upon a deletion request.
