本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、KATARI（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。本サービスを利用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなします。
KATARIは、写真とテキスト入力をもとに、AIがInstagram用のコンテンツ（キャプション・カルーセル）を生成するサブスクリプションサービスです。
本サービスを利用するには、アカウントの作成が必要です。ユーザーは、正確な情報を登録し、アカウントの安全管理に責任を持つものとします。アカウントの不正利用が発覚した場合は、速やかにご連絡ください。
本サービスは月額制のサブスクリプションです。料金は毎月自動更新されます。解約はいつでも可能で、解約後は次の更新日まで引き続きサービスをご利用いただけます。返金は原則として行っておりませんが、個別のケースについては hi@erisatakeda.com までご相談ください。
ユーザーがアップロードした写真・テキストの権利は、ユーザーに帰属します。KATARIが生成したキャプション・カルーセルの著作権はユーザーに帰属し、自由にご利用いただけます。ただし、生成コンテンツの正確性・適法性についての最終的な確認はユーザーの責任となります。
以下の行為を禁止します。
KATARIは、事前通知のうえでサービス内容を変更・停止する権利を有します。重要な変更がある場合は、登録メールアドレスにお知らせします。
本サービスは現状有姿で提供されます。KATARIは、生成されたコンテンツの完全性・正確性・特定目的への適合性について保証しません。また、本サービスの利用により生じた損害について、法令上の責任を超える賠償責任を負いません。
本規約に違反した場合、KATARIはアカウントを停止または削除する権利を有します。
本規約は日本法に準拠し、解釈されるものとします。

These Terms of Service govern your use of KATARI. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
KATARI is a subscription service that uses AI to generate Instagram content — captions and carousels — based on photos and text you provide.
You must create an account to use KATARI. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account secure. If you suspect unauthorized use, contact us immediately.
KATARI is billed monthly and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time — you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds as a general policy, but if you have an exceptional circumstance, contact us at hi@erisatakeda.com.
You retain all rights to photos and text you upload. Captions and carousels generated by KATARI belong to you and may be used freely. You are responsible for ensuring that your content and its use comply with applicable laws and platform guidelines.
We may update or discontinue features of KATARI with reasonable notice. For significant changes, we will notify you by email.
KATARI is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of generated content. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.
